The Presidential Couple received around 140 Honorary Consuls of Iceland.

The President and First Lady welcome around 140 Honorary Consuls of Iceland from 71 countries, who are in the country at the invitation of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs on the occasion of the Icelandic Consular Conference. The President thanked the Consuls for their service to the interests of Icelanders, as the work of Consuls is carried out entirely on a voluntary basis.
