The President receives six new ambassadors.
Six new ambassadors to Iceland presented their letters of credence at Bessastaðir. They were Ms. Nguyen Le Thanh from Vietnam, Mr. David Matthew Vosen from Australia, Mr. Andreas Riecken from Austria, Mr. Marc Vella Bonnici from Malta, Mr. Panayiotis Kyriacou from Cyprus, and Mr. Oleksii Petrovych Havrysh from Ukraine. Afterwards, each of them had an individual meeting with the President.
