The President of Iceland, Halla Tómasdóttir, and her husband, Björn Skúlason, travelled to Sweden for a state visit from the 6th to the 9th of May. The aim of the visit is to strengthen the good relations between the countries and to work towards further cooperation, for example in the fields of healthcare, filmmaking and national security.
