The President of Iceland received in Bessastaðir Ms. Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska, Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, who is on an official visit to Iceland, along with a delegation of Polish senators. They discussed, among other things, the valuable contribution of Polish immigrants to Icelandic society and the diverse trade and cultural ties between the two countries.
